Extract DNA from your own cells and see it with your own eyes! DNA is like a recipe - it contains all the information needed to determine who we are and what we look like.
All living things have DNA: animals, plants, and even you. And genetically, we share surprising similarities with them. Whose DNA is closer to ours: a banana's or a mosquito's?

In this DNA extraction lab, you’ll get to isolate genetic material from your very own cells!
