For over a quarter of a century, AHHAA has thrilled its visitors with themed and permanent science exhibitions. Our themed science exhibitions rotate every spring and autumn, to offer science aficionados stimulating experiences and a heap of new knowledge.

Do themed exhibitions “AHHAA, phobias!, “AHHAA, sports!”, “"AHHAA, anatomy!” or “AHHAA, gravity!” ring any bells? These are just a handful of the science exhibitions we have brought to our visitors over the last 25 years.

Our themed exhibitions are exciting and introduce completely new knowledge with a hands-on approach. So get handsy and test how the exhibit behaves and be prepared for fun little additions. Because science is all about enjoyment!

We should point out that all the themed science exhibitions are exclusive to us. Visitors can only see them for six months. Every spring and autumn, an exciting new temporary exhibition takes over the Theme Hall to take you on dizzying adventures through new scientific discoveries. Our permanent exhibition halls are equally appealing to visitors. What do ants and chicks do every day? Are all exotic fish brightly coloured? What image do you get when you pop a balloon while taking a photo? Are mirror labyrinths super easy to get through? Could you print patterns onto water? Sure! Everything is possible.
